How hiring works

    Choose a job

    Enter your name, email and mobile number, then the code we send to your email.

  2. 2

    Complete the assessment

    54 to 72 questions depending on the level, in 53 to 70 minutes, in English, on a computer, phone or tablet.

  3. 3

    Get your result

    You see your score on screen when you finish, and receive it by email with your level in each part.

  4. 4

    Interview

    The team contacts shortlisted candidates to arrange an interview. At the interview we ask you 8 questions from your assessment again.

Which language is the assessment in?

English only, at an advanced level (CEFR C1): enough to read long work cases and understand them precisely. The difficulty is in the thinking; the wording is plain.

Can I use my phone?

Yes. The assessment works on a computer, phone or tablet. We do not use your camera or microphone.

How long does it take?

53 to 70 minutes depending on the level. Each question has its own time, and you can pause briefly between parts.

How do you keep it fair?

Every candidate gets different questions and numbers from a large bank, and the server keeps the time. We record leaving the page and copy attempts; nobody is excluded for that alone. At the interview we ask 8 of your questions again.

Can I take it again?

One attempt per job every 6 months. You can apply for a different job at any time.

What do you do with my data?

We keep your name, email, mobile number, answers and CV for hiring only, and delete them after 12 months if you are not hired. We do not ask for your age, religion, marital status or a photo.

I need an adjustment for a health condition or disability.
