    We review the patient journey from ad to visit and find where most patients drop off. Then we set up tracking, the booking page and the first ad.

    Test on a small scale

    We test several messages and audiences on a limited budget for a few weeks, to learn what brings bookings before spending more.

  3. Adjust03

    Scale what worked

    We move budget to what proved results, stop the rest, and improve the booking page and enquiry replies.

  4. Keep04

    Keep the results

    Follow-up after the visit, plus return and referral programmes, so results do not depend on ads alone.
