You set the visual direction for each client and the quality bar for the work the design team ships. You hire designers, present concepts to clinic owners, approve final work and report capacity and quality to Naqar's management.

- Advanced English reading (CEFR C1): the assessment is in English.

Before you start
- Questions are in English; the screens follow the site language.
- You complete it in one sitting. If your connection drops, you continue where you stopped.
- Each question has its own time on screen, and you cannot go back.
- Computer, phone or tablet. No camera, no microphone.
- Choose a quiet place. Leaving the page is recorded and the time keeps running.
- At the interview we ask you 8 questions from your assessment again.

- One attempt per job every 6 months.
